&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;Hands free illumination (headlamp etc.), compass, mapcase for the Night time Navigation Stage, and a mountain bike for the duathlon. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;All other gear will be provided, though it is recommended that you wear warm comfortable clothing and running shoes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content>

		<content type="html">I had a bit of frostbite too, but the race was fun overall (except the bike push). It would be the best race ever if they changed the cycling to cross country skiing. (or maybe an option of bike or skis depending on preference or weather)</content>
